We offer our deepest sympathies to his family and friends at this most difficult of times, and will strive to continue to help mold the innovative and compassionate physicians of the future.”
Another person, Richard Smith, wrote, “RIP. Dr. Wassmer was my cardiologist for the last 3 years. He headed up my aortic valve replacement team. I credit him with saving my life. He will be missed. God bless his family.”
