According to reports, Preston C. Gaddis, also of Spring Mills, was driving the UTV while Gaddis was a passenger. The car veered off the road, descended a steep embankment, collided with a huge tree, and rolled over. Gaddis was pinned by the roll cage while straddling the center console, which led to her death.
