According to reports, Jaimie Welch died suffering from multiple blunt force trauma injuries as a result of the car accident on the Manchester Expressway at the Warm Springs connector. The authorities stated that the accident was severe, and Welch was pronounced dead at the scene by the Muscogee County Chief Deputy Coroner, Elizabeth Allison, at 12:19 p.m. The area of the Manchester Freeway between Reese Road and Warm Springs Road was closed for some time due to the incident. The Motor Squad unit of Columbus Police is currently investigating the incident to determine the cause of the accident.
